The Al-anon family groups are a fellowship relatives and friends of alcoholics who come together and find the strength to solve their own problems.
Whatever your story you can expect to be warmly welcomed and not judged or pressured in any way.
Anonymity is protected by using first names only, you will not be asked for your surname or the identity of the drinker.
Anything discussed within an Al-anon is treated as confidential including your presence at the meeting.
Al-anon can help you find a different way of coping with your relationship with your alcoholic. Al-anon is here for you as a first port of call or when you feel you have run out of ideas and have nowhere else to turn.
