About Us
The North East Concert Band is a 35+ strong community wind band which performs at a variety of venues across the region.
The age of members range from teenagers to 80.
Members come from a wide variety of backgrounds and previous playing history.
New members should be at least Grade 4 standard although it is not a requirement that music grades have been taken.
New members are offered a 3 week trial period.
Repertoire ranges from Musical, TV and Film, Pop Songs, Military and Classical.
